Due to the pandemic, the supply chain has been greatly impacted and our orders for containers delayed for months. Rather than delay products you count on regularly, you may occasionally notice the product you ordered may have a different lid, maybe a white lid will be replaced with black or a flip top exchanged for a pump. Regardless of outside packaging, you can rest assured that we guarantee what we put in the bottle will never change. We appreciate your understanding should a design feature temporarily be altered in order to service you.
We try our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. We process orders M - F. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after Noon CST will not be processed until the following business day and orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Please note that to maintain product integrity and exceptional hygiene standards that will keep you protected and safe, we are unable to accept returns. When trying a product for the first time, we suggest purchasing a personal-size item to make sure the product works out perfectly for you. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
