Due to the pandemic, the supply chain has been greatly impacted and our orders for containers delayed for months. Rather than delay products you count on regularly, you may occasionally notice the product you ordered may have a different lid, maybe a white lid will be replaced with black or a flip top exchanged for a pump. Regardless of outside packaging, you can rest assured that we guarantee what we put into the bottle will never change. We appreciate your understanding should a design feature temporarily be altered in order to service you.
We are offering FREE Holiday Shipping for orders $75 and over through Dec. 10th. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $6.95.
At this time, we are only shipping orders to USA.
We try our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after Noon CST will not be processed until the following business day.
Our Shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. To ship on Tuesday, orders must be processed BEFORE Noon on Monday. To ship on Friday, orders need to be processed BEFORE Noon on Thurs.
Please keep in mind that after a package leaves our hands, it is then in the possession of the carrier and we cannot control any potential delays that they may incure like shipping delays, weather events or lost packages. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. We keep our eyes on it too.
Thanksgiving - Our office will be closed Nov. 24 - Nov. 29. Orders placed during this time will be shipped on Tues., Nov. 30. If you're trying to get your orders shipped before Thanksgiving, our last shipment will go out Wed., Nov. 23.
Christmas - Our office will be closed Dec. 23 - Jan. 2, 2022. Incoming orders during this time will be shipped on Tues., Jan. 4.
Tues., Dec. 14 is our last shipping day for Christmas arrival.
